1967 LAMBRETTA SX 200

This SX 200 has been treated to a conservative recent restoration and is in very good overall cosmetic condition and excellent mechanical shape. Shows well, but would really shine with some attention and care. The seat cover has been replaced with a correct new cover, paintwork has been retouched with the original color and is in good condition with a few minor issues. All trim and proper badges in place. Some patina to the finish and trim pieces adds character and avoids an over-restored impression.
Mechanically the entire scoot has been gone thru and reconditioned with items repaired or replaced as necessary. Starts, runs and rides perfectly.
Shows only 2,590 miles on the speedo, actual mileage unknown, but overall very original condition indicates a bike with little wear.
No issues, a really nice scoot
These are really quick bikes, as the 200cc motor provides outstanding power and torque. This is one classic model that is fully up to the challenge of modern traffic. Top speed is 70 mph plus, handling is stable and sharp and the unique enclosed front disc brake provides excellent stopping power.
One of the most poplar models with Lambretta collectors, the 200 SX has become even more sought after in recent days. Sold in both the USA and Europe in small numbers, they are now very, very hard to find and rarely come up for sale.
This is a scooter that you would be very proud to own and a treasured addition to any serious scooter collection. It is a show-stopper and one of the ultimate scooters for Lambretta enthusiasts.
