1976 Vespa TS 125 with 177cc Kit (BM382)
Unique and rare model sold only in Europe the Vespa TS ( Turismo Speciale VNL3T) combined the body and chassis of the Rally 200 with a 125cc motor to create a value priced large frame offering. This example has been fitted with a 177cc kit and tuned to suit, so it is very peppy.
Odometer shows only 9,304Km/ 5,781 miles, miles on 177 kit unknown. Overall condition of the body work is original including the metallic green finish. Shows some scratches and scuffs and patina consistent with a 1970’s scoot. Seat cover is new and paint has been buffed out. Features include a large glovebox on the legshield and a rubber floor mat. This 1976 model offers the crisp cowls and fender that are part of the Rally style. The large saddle is very comfortable for both rider and passenger. This Vespa TS is an excellent choice for a practical, drivable classic scooter at a reasonable price.
