1973 VESPA ET3 PRIMAVERA Modified (BM381)
The Primavera ET3 was the last (and best) version of the classic Vespa small frame. This special example has been professionally restored recently and features significant performance modifications. Comprehensive engine and chassis mods make this a real performer. Rebuilt engine has less than 650 miles since being redone with a Mazzuccelli crankshaft, 130cc kit, new ignition with Polini flywheel, Marmot expansion chamber and upgraded DellOrto carb. Chassis mods include a hydraulic disc brake, sport shocks and Michelin tires.
Visuals make a real impact with a deep Arrancione paint refinish, gold racing stripes and a dual saddle with accent piping. Cool accessories include a side stand, black accented wheels with orange rims and a spare tire mount on the legshield.
The Primavera was the biggest displacement of the small frames. At 125cc in the light and nimble frame originally designed for a 50cc scooter, the stock Primavera was no slouch. The ET3 just put the final touch on a winning formula, and added electronic ignition to the motor and a small glovebox to the frame. The small frames handle fantastic due to their light frame and compact motor. They are also loved by scooterists because there are a plethora of options to tune the motor for more speed. This scooter has some of the best tuning options already installed. This scooter is ready to rip!
